Other creative options to increase business growth was achieved by providing contractors with exclusive web-based training materials in various multimedia formats. Printed step-by-step instructional .pdf booklets, training videos, and powerpoint presentations were provided to new customers on a restricted member area of the Spray Giant website for a subscription fee. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, website design, publishing, and similar graphic editing software are standard tools used for success in this position.Additional revenue resulted from offering contractors personalized website design services and custom branded marketing literature they could use to independently market and promote their business services to their prospective customers.
