During my professional career I have been exposed to multiple levels of specific and general industry practises and fortunate to operate at multiple levels. Leading leans on site to complete complex technical tasks in extreme conditions, to delivering whole contracts from client RFQ to issuance of As Built documentation. Ive supervised teams of multinational personnel on sites all over the world in my early career. Overcoming cultural & language barriers. Working in extreme weather under tight schedules. I progressed to engineering projects from being part of a team to leading teams of engineers.Building spreads of equipment and engineering the process to ensure a successful completion of a clients requirements. From there I began coordinating and managing the projects themselves.Mobilising resources to strict deadline on budgets from all areas of the globe to perform complex tasks has been a challenge I’ve enjoyed. Likewise compiling crews of personnel best suited for task has also been rewarding. Managing project cost forecasting, reporting revenue for stakeholders on a quarterly level and overseeing the invoicing to clients for works done has been another exciting part of my recent career.
