In my most recent role as Senior Operations Manager,Major duties include:Managing cargo planning, landside departments, employee performances, and providing services, training, mentoring, and guiding employees to increase productivity, monitoring planned cargo loads from booking to loading, ensuring required flight changes in a timely fashion by providing accurate planned load status to sales and operations teams, as well as maximum utilization of space, while distributing cargos, generating and following up build plans of each flight assigned to airport build teams, coordinating with relevant parties and operators regarding final load plans, tracking daily flights and communicating with supervisors and agents regarding cargo status, liaising with operations, sales, and customer service teams to provide input and feedback, such as cargo status, issues, and load ability, delivering exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with customers, sustaining daily cargo logs, load details, and flight history, using charts and computers to calculate load weights of different aircraft compartments, computing aircraft's center of gravity to determine quantity and orientation of cargo, supervising cargo in flight by accompanying aircraft as a member of the flight crew.My top achievements within this role include:► Identified and resolved cargo issues and problems.► Maintained and utilized an in-house cargo database to update and manage cargo tag details.► Ensured required flight changes in a timely fashion by providing accurate planned load status to sales and operations teams.
