I HAVE EXPERIENCED IT ALL:In my many years of retail experience I never thought I would be where I am today. Working in retail has made me aware of what is expected for the best customer service possible. At Sears Automotive we are very customer oriented and we try to make the customers experience easy and enjoyable. My main focus is to take the customer through the selling process from beginning to end with no bumps in the road. By communicating with customers I have learned how to read people and fully understand what they are looking for. This talent has helped me in my field of professional sales and marketing. I also really enjoy focusing my energy of customer service because with poor customer service, there will soon be no customers.
