Large projects, high security issues and complex challenges don't upset me. I was project / site manager at O'Hare International Airport for two parking system upgrades. The last was one of the largest dollar investment parking projects at the time. I fully realize the strengths of ECI and also understand our limitations. I may need to suggest a sub-contractor, an alternate supplier or even a competitor.In some cases I may not deliver the cheapest alternative. But I promise I will look at your challenge from several directions and deliver a complete package once I consider all of the implications. In that way I can easily justify how the numbers add up in case we must scale down. I must readily admit that I'd rather walk away from a project that is not an appropriate win-win solution for each of us rather than delivering you the wrong advice.
