Joining the Ivy Rehab Network of over 200 clinics Nationally, Clark served as Director of Operations for the Midwest, providing Clinical Team Leadership and Business Development. In under a year's time, Clark led his region to top 5 nationally in KPI performance ranking, among the very first of regions to recover over 100% of pre-pandemic visit volume.

Joining ATI through partnership with Atlas, Clark served as VP of Operations with leadership responsibilities including driving overall P&L performance, Business Growth & Development, enhancing company culture, and training teams to deliver an excellent patient experience. He was consistently a top ranked regional metric performer Nationally, company wide.With over 870 clinic locations Nationally, ATI is the largest physical therapy company under one brand name in the United States.

AXT provides coaching and training in Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, & Grappling and has produced numerous National & International Champions, and USA World Team qualifiers.Dedication and hard work brings with it an exhilaration of succeeding through personal effort. The ultimate goal is to develop oneself through the development of others - the principle of "mutual welfare and benefit".Clark has coached his full adult life, founded the AXT club in 2005, and turned over head coaching responsibility to his long time student, Chris Mikuta. Chris now owns and operates the club as AXT Jiu Jitsu, a Roy Dean affiliated school.

Founder of this private practice, Clark grew the business from start up to a dominant regional provider with multiple locations throughout the Fox Valley of Chicagoland, developed a Joint Venture LLC with Rush-Copley Medical Group, and was responsible for all aspects of business operations, staff development, clinical quality management, and company culture.
