Analyze financial statements, tax documents, credit reports, broker’s price opinions, and other mortgage documents in order to prepare file for underwriting and provide most efficient review of account possible. Manage reports for team including but not limited to creating pivot tables for CAS to review aged files, CIC/Reapply files, as well as tasks needed to be completed within SLA. Reporting has helped team to repeatedly be among the top teams for CIC/Reapply files.Manage a pipeline containing upwards of 300 loans at a time while maintaining SLA.Serve as the team lead. Serve as primary contact for customers and approved third parties. Research files to resolve aged inventory and service level agreements to certify the fastest loan process times for customers. Point of contact for customer inquiries regarding mortgage defaults and loss mitigation options. Accountable for communicating the Chase and investor-specific documentation requirements to the customer. Manage customer requests concerning modifications at all stages of the process by acting as liaison with all necessary parties. Communicate modification decisions as received from Underwriting/QA as well as discuss other options with the customer. Oversee customer’s trial plan adherence and completion. Communicate and keep customer apprised throughout the process by maintaining close communication with internal partners.
