Responsible for the overall strategy and growth of the Business Banking Segment for Banner Bank. Direct oversight of five Business Banking teams with bankers throughout Washington, Oregon, California, and Idaho. Our segment is responsible for new business acquisition by way of business development. I lead all aspects of the business which include sales /strategy execution, personnel development, brand awareness, strategic planning.
