-Human Capital Analyst at Deloitte Ireland-Graduate of Trinity College Dublin, B.A Psychology Single Honours (Upper Second Class Honours)-Previous Chair, Entertainment officer, and Education officer of the DU Psychological Society-Undergraduate thesis presented on the implications of Just Culture within common workplace scenarios, highlighting the underlying processes behind blame scenarios within the workplace-Ray Fuller Prize Recipient 2022 for a group thesis on Irish perceptions of gender non-conforming individuals, providing recommendations to third level institutions on how to promote inclusion of this underrepresented groupI am an Analyst within Deloitte Ireland’s Human Capital Consulting team. My present focus is on change management as it relates to culture and human response to software implementation. I am also presently a member of the change management CoP (Community of Practice) within Deloitte and hope to promote awareness of the fundamentals of organizational change management.I have completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology at Trinity College Dublin, obtaining an upper second class honours. As a group-oriented worker, I have served as entertainment officer, education officer, and as chair of the DU Psychological society and have organised charitable events benefitting LGBT Ireland, events for first-year college students, an international trip, and educational panels to inform students of the different opportunities within the field of psychology, among other diverse and inclusive events. I completed an undergraduate thesis on the conceptualisation of blame within organisational culture which drew from my experience working on the Ray Fuller prize-winning undergraduate group thesis I completed on cisgendered perceptions of gender non-conforming individuals in 2022. Professionally, I have had the opportunity to work with a couple early-stage startup companies and have been able to demonstrate my willingness to apply myself across different industries and bring a psychologically-informed human element to any work that is asked of me.
