I manage up to 15 people ranging from age 16 to 45 on a shift and over see all of our productivity and quality of our chicken we sell, as well as training in health and safety of using raw chicken. Due to overseeing the chicken we use I manage about a third of our inventory and am directly linked with roughly two thirds of our revenue. As a store we bring in roughly 15k to 20k a day.

As a fitness Coach, I trained roughly 20 clients, aiding them in various goals from losing weight to lowering their A1C in a health screaming to prevent treatment for diabetes. In doing these tasks I would design and implement fitness program, aiding these clients in reaching their goals. I helped prevent one client from having to be on diabetic medication and aided other client in losing weight. One specifically lost roughly 20lbs and another client decrease in back discomfort from adding flexibility to his lower extremities. As a front desk employee, I personally signed up over 1000 members to a 2000 to 3000 member club. I also delta with the majority of the customer complaint and aided in the retention of numerous members through helping them understand health and fitness on a personal level.
