Named a "FY2011 Q3 Top Contributor, HSGBU"Served as the primary engineer on numerous releases of highly scalable, robust, regulatory-compliant .NET web applications for the pharmaceutical industry.Duties included:- Diagnosed high priority customer reported defects. Provided short term workarounds, designed and implemented permanent fixes.- Responsible for technology upgrades for the product (Visual Studio versions, .Net versions, source control repository migrations, etc)- Designed and implemented new features of .NET web applications. Expanded WSE web service interfaces and wrote new and complex SQL queries to implement business logic.- Redesigned and implemented a new UI layer for a data driven form based work request web application. This included design and implementation of new features including form templates and job monitoring.- Some light SQL performance tuning. There was one inefficient query which I identified and fixed in an internal verification tool which improved performance by a factor of 1000 on certain long running jobs. This resulted in a significant throughput increase.
