As a Software Developer, I have a strong background in Vue.js, C#, and SQL, as well as a keen interest in creative and technical work. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting, and from Hack Reactor with an Advanced Software Engineering Immersive Program certificate.At Virtual Benefits Administrator (VBA), I built and maintained web applications that delivered customized solutions for our clients' benefit administration needs. Some of my achievements there include:Engineering screens using Vue.js for our web application, which served over 190,000 portal usersCo-leading a team of 5 as we transitioned our legacy code from KendoUI to Vue.jsLeading the project of implementing and theming portals for our new clients, as we grew our client portal count to about 100I currently work at Springbrook Software where I get to work on enhancing our Application's performance via refactors and bug resolutions.In my free time you can catch me running and wandering around my favorite trails in Oregon, reading the latest book that caught my interest, experimenting with different types of writing, or making a doodle of something I found inspiring lately. A notable achievement, born of my hobbies, that I take pride in is securing 8th place in a 100-mile trail run competition a couple of summers ago.I'm excited to continue growing as a software engineer and using my unique skills to make a positive impact on the world.
