Managed the Windows XP EOL Terminal Replacement sales campaign effecting over 1700 Vivonet POS systems across the SMB (Small/Medium Business) and Enterprise Accounts (20+ locations) customer base. Responsibilities included campaign design, communication and marketing strategies, customer follow ups and sales calls, sales forecasting and closing, KPI tracking in Salesforce, and executive reports.

Handled SMB critical escalations and potential cancellations, helping to reduce the annual SMB churn rate. Reviewed pre-launch customer facing products and communication, and worked with cross departmental teams to ensure that internal operational processes were producing optimized customer centric results.

Worked with key partner stake holders as the main point of contact and customer advocate for Enterprise level franchise accounts in western North America. Facilitated new location sales forecasting and processing, new product sales and integration opportunities, and account issue resolution. Helped to successfully retain two accounts that had hired new procurement managers and gone to RFP.

Functioned as the main point of contact and product authority during the new customer on-boarding process. Responsibilities including relationship building, data base creation, product customization, hardware configuration, and product suite training. Managed the Enterprise Accounts portfolio during the busiest period of franchise brand expansion in the company’s history, often handling fifty new location implementations at a time.

Taught a mandatory three hour custom practicum to all CSNN students on the everyday choices necessary to support a healthy lifestyle, and how to communicate this information to their clients.

Managed the onsite logistics, food preparation, and staff coordination for catered events ranging from home based cocktail parties for ten, to large venue plated dinners for several hundred. Responsible for developing and standardizing on-site protocols, and training new locations chefs in the processes and procedures of high-end catering.
