Primary responsibilities include:• Arranging and implementing team travel. • Estimating the program’s budget. • Oversee all apparel & equipment inventory, screening design, and appropriate distribution thereof. • Assist with tactical analytics department by recording each training session, flying drones, and aiding with the distribution of video content for practices and games. • Onboard and welcome recruits & transfer players to the Cougar Soccer Family. • Instrumental in helping carry out ID camps & special events. • Coordinate with UH Athletics Marketing department to sponsor local club teams at home games in efforts to expand team outreach in Houston and increase match attendance.• Oversee day to day operational duties. -Prior to promotion, I flourished in a plethora of various roles with the Cougars• Ordered and delivered all team catering & travel meal arrangements. • Formulated and communicated travel itineraries to players and staff during the 2021-2022 seasons. •Embodied the UH Soccer program on a National level by representing the program at CCSC events as a Division one figure at multiple camps around the nation. •Served as an Interim Assistant Coach for the Team during staff vacancies from Jan-March 2022 where I oversaw the functionality of training sessions as well as orchestrated and implemented goalkeeper sessions.

• American Athletics Conference Staff of the Year Award for Fall 2021 Season, recapping the most successful season in UH Soccer program history.• Responsible for ensuring that all soccer equipment is on the field and ready for use prior to the start of Practices, Games, & UH ID Camps. Assured that all soccer equipment is properly returned and secured to team storage room after practices.• Entrusted with the execution of exchanging team sheets with opposition, referees, and announcement tables for travel and home AAC NCAA Division One conference games.• Oversaw the functionality of practice drills and game day warm-ups by arranging cones, balls, goals and pennies appropriately for drills to provide a smooth and fast transition between exercises within an organized and timely manner.• Administered Team laundry including both practice and game uniforms; responsible for accounting for and reporting team apparel inventory, as well as ensuring order completion, proper reception, and distribution of orders to organizations players and staff.•Held optional training for all players by reserving access to school facilities and team equipment during non-practice periods throughout stretch of employment.• Hired, trained, and supervised managerial functions, as well as delegated instruction to student manager successor. Demonstrated on field set up and take down standards for practices and games.• Understudied Director of Operations role, was entrusted with aspects of team travel such as managing travel budgets, flight and bus coordination, team meal catering, as well as formulating team travel itineraries for players and staff.

Coach overseeing 6 teams across 3 age groups amongst the 2 highest competitive tiers in USCTX.Responsibilities include:• Holding 2 training sessions a night - 4 times a week, 8 sessions per week (Monday-Thursday 5-6:30 ; 6:30-8)• Ensuring each team have sufficient players for matches during the weekend, coordinating guest players if needed. • Providing detailed and tailored individualized player feedback at the end of each season which highlights key areas of the players game and ways to continue to improve in specific areas.• Communication with all 6 teams via‘Team communication emails’ sent out each week that outlines training phases, intentions of training, previous game recap, as well as necessary focuses in training, and upcoming events such as games, tournaments, etc. • Strengthen AHFC public outreach & team size/quality by holding trials during training for players outside club to try out. Staying in communication with parents and club officials during the process to ensure ideal team placement.
