Coach overseeing 6 teams across 3 age groups amongst the 2 highest competitive tiers in USCTX.Responsibilities include:• Holding 2 training sessions a night - 4 times a week, 8 sessions per week (Monday-Thursday 5-6:30 ; 6:30-8)• Ensuring each team have sufficient players for matches during the weekend, coordinating guest players if needed. • Providing detailed and tailored individualized player feedback at the end of each season which highlights key areas of the players game and ways to continue to improve in specific areas.• Communication with all 6 teams via‘Team communication emails’ sent out each week that outlines training phases, intentions of training, previous game recap, as well as necessary focuses in training, and upcoming events such as games, tournaments, etc. • Strengthen AHFC public outreach & team size/quality by holding trials during training for players outside club to try out.
