Project name: QRATEIntroduction:QRATE (Node.JS, React, MongoDB) is a quantitative rating estimator designed by Moody’s Analytics to estimate municipal issuer credit quality based solely off quantitative economic, demographic, and financial metrics for a given issuer at a given time.
