 Publishing the Pre-Separation report to the Delivery heads which consist of the resources who has resigned & get the confirmation whether replacement is needed Handling all allocation/De-allocations of resources in projects according to the request of delivery/ project Tenure Creation of Position for all New/Backfill requirement & assigning them to the Recruitment team for external Hiring. Identification of Internal resources for New/Backfill requirement by exploring Pool/Bench resources within the project/other projects. Rolling out Internal Job posting for New/Backfill requirement which helps to identify suitable resource from different teams/Service Lines/Towers Communication of Bench policy to resources exiting the project & working on finding a suitable project to place them. Using different tools for Position creations/Resource Alignment/Resource Referral/Resource Allocation & Resource release. Handling Contract resource hiring & work on extension of contract to the resources whose contract is getting ended. Updating all the Open positions in the projects in the Dash board & following up with the recruitment team on fulfillment of positions within given SLA. Preparing & Maintaining various report on Ramp Down, Open Positions, Contract Employees, Headcount Report, Pre-Separation reports etc Scheduling weekly calls with the delivery & recruitment team regarding current open positions as well as resource project release & alignment. Maintaining the Head Count of resources in the projects & publishing the report on weekly basis to the leadership. Complete staffing responsibility across the enterprise verticals for onsite and offshore locations. Regular interaction with the project teams on the current requirements and help them in timely staffing adhering to SLA. Handling all Staffing requirements & preparing the fulfillment plan (Internal & external fulfillment) based on the business needs and timelines of the resource requisitions

 Handling all New Business deals in resource fulfillment prospective. Creation of reports & presentation on all New Business with the plan on all resources fulfillment either Internal/External. Following up with all CRM/DH/DL regarding the status on New Business & getting them engaged in resourcing plan. Monitoring all Resource identification Internal/External for New Business deals as well as engaging the CRM in helping us with Resource fulfillment from the Client Side. Following up with Sales team on New Business deals which are currently in progress & checking their status for planning the resource fulfillment. Driving the Service lines to identify resource from internal pool which helps in minimization in resource fulfillment timeline. Preparing Market intelligence on various skill which helps in deriving Fulfillment plans for the New Business according to the market availability. Engaging the recruitment team in identifying External resources from market to fulfill the requirements. Creation of various reports on New Business Hiring plans which are presented to the Leadership Creation of Account wise forecast on resource requirement for every quarter for all service lines & coming up with a fulfillment plan for the Forecast. Monitoring all Fresher’s/L2 Hiring for all service lines for minimization of resource cost & also in maintaining the Resource pool Pyramid for all service lines. Working on resource project alignment & also in project changes. Tracking on all External Hires which is for Lateral resources for the service lines & tracking the approval from the leadership. Working with all Resource Managements SPOC for identifying the Resource Ramp down from project & helping them to deploy those resources in New Business deals. Creation of reports on all Ramp down & Ramp Up of projects along with the Billable count for the view of leadership to know the Revenue for coming quarters.
