• Schedules and coordinates work activities among subcontractors and the whole workgroup• Prepares project status reports and accomplishments for PIC’s/ PM’s update and monitoring• Supervises construction works and operations being done within the area of responsibility• Enforces quality control measures within the work area• Implements environmental, health, and safety as well as security regulations within the area of responsibility• Schedule and plans all actual construction works and related activities on site• Works closely with the project management to properly implement necessary instructions and guidelines• Oversees the actual executions of all the activities conforming to the approved schedule• Interpret plans and specifications prior to construction• Coordinates the proper implementation of all the technical plans and shop drawing specifications• Evaluates, check and verify all the project accomplishments based on approved specifications• Coordinates the requisition, issuances and timely delivery of required materials and equipment on site• Monitors project progress, cost and material consumption as per schedule and budget
