I started doing Property Management in 1981. Was married that same year and started my family the following year. We have 4 really sharp children, all now married with their own children. As I have grown through the many years in this business, I have worked and succeeded in every aspect of the Property Management world. I have managed larger apartment complex', thousands of SFH, Condos, and Town homes, built up a management portfolio for both myself and my business office. I have been a property manager, bookkeeper, new business consultant, maintenance coordinator, systems manager, home inspector, and every other aspect of the Property Management business. Even after so many years, I still love this work. It is continually exciting, challenging, ever evolving, and a new experience and acquaintance every day. My dedication is to continue to improve and grow my business and provide stable and trusted management services to everyone. My experience in this industry is extensive, and I am constantly looking for the newest edge in this industry.
