My intentions in coming on with Century 21 Northwest was to build up the Property Management Division. Building the PM division from the ground up I was able create a Property Management Division with over 700 properties comprised of SFH, TH and Condos, and small Apartment units. Highly respected company with strength in technology and procedures, well managed and staffed. I also added to my daily work load, the sales and purchasing of investment properties and private properties for my clients and investors. I was involved in every aspect of the Property Management, REO Sales division, Property Maintenance Division and Administration.

Ran the office, payroll, collections, property management, staffing, supplies, audits, progress reports. As the owner of the company became ill, this company was sold to Farnsworth Realty and Management. I was secured as part of the acquisition agreement.

Property Acquisition company with internal Property Management. Trained by Jeff Lee. Stayed with this company until ownership division and several name changes, and then was ultimately acquired by Robert Spencer and named Ultimate Property Management.
