Charles Dawson is a software engineering manager who excels at developing strong engineering teams capable of solving complex problems. Charles has taken products from concept through development, testing, launch and market success. He has a complete understanding of product development and the software development life cycle (SDLC). Charles is proficient in agile development methodologies, resulting in high quality, on time delivery of products and features. Having spent over 10 years as a developer, Charles has strong fundamental software development skills. Most recently Charles lead the power aware development team for the Xcelium simulator (see link).
