My current role has 2 functions:1. As a trainer, I teach several classes on strategic account management for sales professionals, employee engagement and Situational Leadership II by The Ken Blanchard Company.2. Given that I'm not travelling as much in 2020, I've spent a lot of time updating courses, modernizing content and delivery and completely re-writing a Negotiating Strategies course for Caterpillar dealers.

• Led start-up initiative to create a 501(c)(3) organization and grow it to 300 active participants in 6 years.• Served as Chairman of the Board, responsible for budget and provided supervision, coaching and mentoring to staff and leaders of various committees and programs.• Implemented and managed all Human Resource procedures such as employee benefits, pay practices, handbook reviews, employee development, as well as customer service for the organization.• Led safety initiatives including physical property, evacuation, active shooter policies and developed processes and procedures for the safety and well-being of the members, particularly children to comply with OSHA as well as local laws and policies. • Developed brand, content & communications strategy using multiple forms of verbal and written communications including: weekly presentations, copywriting for website, assembling an annual report, designing & curating adult learning experiences, and producing/hosting podcasts.• Led and coordinated diverse projects with stakeholders enact change management, allocate resources, coordinate communications and work together as a unified organization.

Hired as the "Gen-X Director" in the early 2000's. Over time my responsibilities expanded to include: teaching regularly on weekends and mid-week services, leading our community outreach ministries, writing adult formation curriculum as well as leading young adult ministries.

I was hired as the high school youth pastor (emphasis on high school), then transitioned to oversee interns and part-time staff who led the Jr. High ministry as well. As an associate pastor, I also spoke regularly on Sunday mornings, and did the various tasks of pastoral ministry (weddings, funerals, hospital visits, etc.).
