Set up LCC purchasing strategy; Lead NA sourcing team and EPO team (Export Purchasing Organization) to source LCC (China, SE Asia, Mexico, East Europe…) to reach the company cost reduction goal for commodities such as stamping, casting, die casting, forging, machining, fine-blanking, injection moldings plastic parts, nuts and bolts, rivets, metal wires, seat trim parts and clothes as well as assembly parts (latch, tracks, hooks, motors and other seating mechanisms) and tooling and equipments;Manage international supply chain; Negotiate settlements on LCC services; communicate with LCC suppliers for prototype and production tool and process to ensure quality. Lead suppliers to root-cause and solve quality problem as well as coordinate the change effectively and timely. Coordinate suppliers engineering changes per regulatory and/or customers' specification/request.
