Independent Physicians Network, providing oversight and development of key employer based heath programs specific to Indiana and Ohio supported by the AHN network of primary and specialist physicians, a team of specialty RNs and expert client management team. Also provided direct strategic support for the development and inclusion of frontline practice support for population health management and specialty practice operations.

Health Coaching service delivery for both disease and lifestyle population health management as well as the strategic development of key teleservices startegies in support of client health advising, work force managment development and client service delivery.
