✔️We registered the patent and launched the e-Prefeitura system. Based on studies on national legislation, analysis of large volumes of data, business rules, writing and design of documentation and taking into account the notes of potential customers, in 2019 we launched the tax favored management system for micro and small companies, with nationwide coverage (Brazil) for use in 5,570 cities totaling more than 20 million companies.

▪️Leading 90 employees in the coordination of 5 areas in 3 units of the Finance Department.▪️Through tax studies, data analysis and BI and the promotion of improvement in local legislation, we estimate for 2023 the increase in the budget with real estate transfer tax by +29%, from R$54 million in 2021 to R$70 million in 2023.▪️With the use of Data Analysis and BI, we created the Technical Management Portal, to make available in real time, to managers and administrators, information on the registration of companies and people, tax, finance and budget.▪️We automate tax entry processes that were previously performed manually by employees, optimizing the completion time to a few hours, which previously took weeks.▪️We promoted changes in local legislation and created the process flow to process processes in up to 1 week, which previously took up to 9 weeks.

▪️Advisory activities to the administrative units of the Municipal Government, referring to the respective planning and organization, which require technological and methodological knowledge, aiming to develop and implement adequate and efficient information processing systems according to the detected needs and other related activities.▪️We automated the process of opening a company, making it possible to release the process in up to 1 day, which previously could take up to 20 days, freeing 3 employees for other activities and placing 1 intern to monitor the interaction robot between non-integrated systems.▪️After the Data Analysis work and with the suggestion of a change in local legislation, we promoted an increase in the budget with tax on company services by +51%, from R$19.3 million in 2020 to R$29.2 million in 2021.
