· Delivered the following work series to Bruce Power for the Major Component Replacement project: o Feeder pipe replacement (qty 960 pipes) o Instrument tubing and I&C component replacement (qty 694 tubes, 502 I&C) o Temporary work platform erection (qty 6 platforms).· Coordinated day-to-day field execution between construction, quality assurance, design authority, and project management teams to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality.· Reported progress, delays, and technical issues to management, observed failure trends and implemented corrective actions. · Resolved technical issues such as interferences, material deficiencies, tooling deficiencies, design errors, and unexpected field conditions by revising inspection and test plans and preparing field change notices such that all changes to actual plant configuration were documented.· Minimized risks by periodically training and supervising the construction team, conducting technical pre-job briefs prior to critical tasks, preparing contingency plans, performing site walkdowns, and encouraging the nuclear safety culture in those around me.· Identified gaps in the contract and supported the development of change orders by proposing practical path forwards and estimating resources and schedule.· Prepared the inspection and test plans and the work instructions for construction to execute various work scopes, in accordance with ASME BPVC Section 3, CSA N285.0, engineering drawings and technical specifications.· Designed a specialized tool to standardize the feeder measurement process, streamlining feeder installation.· Designed argon purging equipment for welding individual tubes connected to a manifold, minimizing wasted argon gas.

· Determined optimal operating conditions (flowrate and head) of the pumps for a CANDU reactor’s moderator system. · Sized control valves and orifices for a chilled water circuit at a new heavy water management facility.· Developed testing criteria for dented tubing by modelling air flow at various levels of tubing restriction and determining the threshold for acceptance.· Explored the consequences of blocked fuel channels from debris ingress during emergency core cooling system operation. · Performed an assessment to validate the heat removal effectiveness of Point Lepreau Generating Station’s emergency water supply under abnormal conditions.· Sized an air conditioning system for a battery and communications storage room.· Prepared the Technical Specification for the replacement of Nuclear Class 1 piping from the delayed neutron monitoring system, detailing terminal points, welding requirements, quality assurance requirements, material and chemistry requirements, and inspection requirements in accordance with CSA N285.0/N285.6 and ASME BPVC Sections 3, 5, and 9.PLANT OPERATIONS· Audited Point Lepreau Generating Station’s management of aging related degradation mechanisms for process systems, identifying shortcomings and recommending improvements.
