I spent the last twenty years pursuing and working in the computer industry. I attended Coleman College to learn about computers. I started as a computer operator in the healthcare industry. I enjoy working with Linux/Unix in most environments. It is easy for me to talk with others about their issues. I listen to user issues and help them work out solutions for the issue. I had a brief chance to be a Unix admin with the government. I deployed blogging software and open source monitoring software to help maintain the environment. My next journey was back in tech support working for a internet filtering company. I learned a lot there and I also used my skills to educate customers on how to track down and resolve issues.
