Responsible for the update, upkeep, modifications and design of RS LOGIX FAMILY Allen Bradley, CX PROGRAMMER Omron, Red Lion, VISILOGIC Unitronics and Bosch PLC's, ABB robotics, Delta High Speed and Bosch DOBOY wrappers, AC and DC servo drives, Emerson M200 inverters, Commander and UNI SP servo drives, AB Ultraware drives, Automation Direct, Allen Bradley, AC Tech, Lenze inverters, Video Jet programming/user fields, Mettler Toledo Checkweigh recipes, Red Lion DLC's, all sorts of panel mounted controllers/heat/PID/digital potentiometer/rate indicators, Allen Bradley HMIs as well as Unitronics, C-More, Crimson Red Lion and GP Pro HMI's. One of the major projects that I worked on was to connect all of the different protocols of many of the pieces of equipment in the plant to a brain I built composing of bridges, RIO etc. Had to trunk, blue hose, Ethernet, DH 485 etc. Maintenance Supervisor at times, Controls Engineering Manager at other times and troubleshooter, mentor and trainer at others. Installed preset speed inverter applications, train maintenance personnel, help plant function daily to the best of our abilities. Created a library of hard copies of all programs of equipment, along with schematics and pertinent notes to help maintenance personnel as well as built along with others a training mock up for maintenance personnel to introduce PLC's and troubleshooting into their profiles as to speak.

Maintained all of the equipment in Filling, Sterilization and Packaging departments for the IV business. Promoted to Senior Maintenance Mechanic when 23 years old. Got involved with the most technical of equipment, honing skills of master troubleshooter regarding X-Ray, Adept robots, Allen Bradley, Siemens and Direct soft 32 programming, Allen Bradley vision systems as well as other systems. Install and program various types of VFD's and inverters. Involved in system and operational improvements, validation etc.

Responsible for troublshooting and calibrating avionic systems regarding the inertial, doppler, loran, tacan and carousel systems regarding navigation. Calibrate and program the nav computers on board, the gyro stabilized platform with gimbal, accelerometers etc. Senior Airman with various awards including a position of red rope. Responsible for a squadron of troops for 10 months while at the Biloxi Schooling facility for electronics for the USAF. In charge of 4 yellow ropes, 12 green ropes and 60 airman. Marched the squadron to and from all destinations. Award for DI like behavior. On flightline, numerous awards and endorsed all the way up by the Lieutenant General. Also graduated with the Associate Degree of the United States Air Force in electronics. Loved the time spent serving our country!!
