Every client deserves my patients, attention to details, and ability to get complex deals closed.Property TypesBy primarily working Northern California I have become a generalist working with multiple property types. My primary specialties are multi-unit property sales, commercial residential 5+ units, mixed use, unimproved land, multi-tenant light industrial flex units, retail strip malls, self storage, and assisted & independent living facilities. I have begun working with developers & land owners in facilitating Joint Venture development projects. Some of my other skills include assisting in commercial short sale negotiations, loan restructuring, apartment repositioning, as well as Real Estate Syndication(s). In my past I have had experience in residential REO sales & listings, plus BPO & BOV evaluations.
