As the Managing Director of Care Check, I have been leading one of the UK's premier providers of DBS checks and online disclosure services for over 20 years. My goal is to help employers, charities, and voluntary organisations safeguard their workforce and clients by offering fast, accurate, and affordable DBS, Social Media and Right to Work Checks.I have extensive sector expertise and conviction interpretation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the DBS' e-Bulk application interface. I have provided a paperless online system that can reduce recruitment costs, eliminate errors, and speed up turnaround times for our clients. I have also developed and written policies and procedures that comply with the DBS code of practice and data protection laws. I am proud to work with over 30,000 clients across various industries, including care homes, schools, recruitment firms, housing associations, and NHS trusts processing over 250,000 checks of various types a year.
