I am currently the Product Manager for Diversified Channels that manages Interior Paint, Interior/Exterior Concrete Coatings, Interior/Exterior Wood Stains, Caulks & Sealants, Aerosol Paints, Adjacent Categories and Applicators encompassing over 4,000 SKU's. I am in charge of developing product roadmaps for each of my responsible products, including product strategy strategy/vision for each of my product categories. I am responsible for the product lifecycle management of each of my products/categories. I work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Brands, Quality, Corporate and Local Legal teams, Environmental Health & Safety, Research & Development, Graphic Design, New Product Innovation, and Continuous Improvement teams to develop and launch new products across each of my categories. Assisted in fluff pulp product research and development to help the business grow its share in a rapidly expanding market. Responsibilities included test method development, patent/literature research, data analysis, and being the group Microsoft Office expert (with a majority focus on Excel spreadsheet development for current and future data collection), and coordinating with site safety

Summer Internship with Sunstar Engineering Americas as a Research and Development Lab Tech, working with the development, testing, and improvement of epoxy product as a structural adhesive for the replacement of welds on car frames, along with assisting in the development and improvement of a mastic anti-flutter product in cars
