Systematically identify and manage all current and potential customers in the territory, Manage and lead the ABV sales team to achieve set objectives, Develop and implement business plans for each of the customers in the territory & Channel, Ensure that the DHL network internally and externally is equipped, aware and prepared to manage, operate and satisfy customer queries throughout the territory & Channel, Ensure that regional and national and global policies and procedures for Public sector, construction are implemented &  Monitor, analyze and report on performance of customers in the assigned territory and channel, in terms of service, volumes, profitability, growth rates and customer satisfaction
