I am responsible for identifying and developing information technology business opportunities in the Southeastern Region. The solutions are developed in a managed service framework using ITIL, COBIT and other change management and governance processes to reduce the TCO of the customer. The solutions and framework are designed to reduce or eliminate transition challenges to the customer while enhancing their return on investment.

I am now responsible for developing the 200 miles radius around Memphis for ACS while helping the City of Memphis client create synergy with some of their entities across the technology spectrum. This development effort includes any government type entity in the 200 mile radius including school systems, municipal and county governments, transportation, healthcare and any other local, state or federally funded agency.

I am responsible for the total P & L for the $23MM City of Memphis account where I currently manage over 85 employees. In the three years since I have been at the account, I have increased the revenue by 35% and EBITDA by over 60% with increased efficiencies and lowering the cost model.
