My role involves managing the company’s Solar PV, Battery Storage and Renewable projects from conception to completion. I am to ensure all projects and completed efficiently, are successfully implemented and are installed to the latest industry compliance standards.I manage the team of installers daily and ensure all goals are reached. I ensure all permits, licenses and regulatory requirements are obtained and adhered to throughout the entirety of the projects. I am also responsible for making sure all pre-installation and post completion documentation is completed and in place for both the company and customers and that it is accurate.I carry out pre-installation and post installation site inspections, ensuring all installations meet industry standards, specifications and our company’s high standards.Client communication is also a large part of my role. I address any enquires they may have, provide updates of their installation and DNO applications and ensure overall customer satisfaction.I am the first point of contact for our team of electricians as the in house expert on the Solar and Renewables sectors, sharing my knowledge with the team to ensure jobs are completed with as little disruption as possible to the clients through quick problem solving and troubleshooting gained from all my experience in these sectors.
