These reports range from project percent complete to projected delays and the overall effect on the planned completion date for the current season and the project overall. A major accomplishment included the reduction in disposal cost for 2013 season of over 6.8 million dollars.

    The position of Planner – Forecaster and Master Scheduler with Fleet Program Team involved the planning, development and implementation of Primavera – P6 as the scheduling tool for Wind. While transitioning from their current system to Primavera, there was the need to work extensively with the Program Managers as well as the offshore implementation team to ensure a smooth transition. Other duties included maintaining the master schedule in a stand-alone version of Primavera, for which I developed many different metrics and reports for management as well as custom schedules for both the internal and external stakeholders. A major accomplishment while with Fleet Programs was the scheduling of multiple repairs to the wind turbine fleet during the same visit which reduced labor and mobilization costs in excess of several million dollars.
