Established partnerships with state agencies to deliver impaired driving curriculum to traffic safety stakeholders in New Mexico. Enlisted and completed basic training in 2002. Served as a Petty Officer on the Coast Guard Cutter Seneca out of Boston, M.A. from 2002-2003. In this role, was responsible for the safe navigation of the cutter and served as a boarding team member during fisheries and counter drug operations. From 2003-2004, was stationed on the Coast Guard Cutter Baranof.
