I joined the DWP and Willesden Job Centre Plus as an Executive Oficer working exclusively with the 18-24 age group to provide the advice and facilities they needed to obtain employment. I now work with a broader age group at Bedford JCP and am on the committee that is responsible for improving off-flow; in an extremely difficult economic climate.

Waterloo, London

The Mortgage Operation was a mortgage wholesaler, and I joined them as a mortgage administrator and became the Central Services Manager that covered all aspects of Office and Facilities Management including responsibility for Health & Safety, reception and postal services, document scanning, maintenance issues etc.

Wimbledon

I joined Provident Capitol (Now Old Mutual) and successfully completed FPC1. Sadly the Wimbledon Branch closed before my training was completed.

The Strand, London

My final position with Britannia after many years as a Branch Manger was creating and running a centralised mortgage processing unit, the aim of which was to establish a competent and credible back office operation.I had worked for Britannia as Assistant Manager at Queensway in West London and then as a Branch Manager at Putney.

Having joined Programmes Ltd, the telephone Marketing Company, and trained intensively in direct marketing, I became a Director of their sister company - Roar - with responsibility for music publishing and band management.

Having left college with a degree, I joined The Nationwide on their Graduate Management Scheme which involved learning Mnagement Skills, Customer Service, Mortgage Lending and Law and Investments. I worked in Stockport, Manchester and then London, my final position was assistant amanger at Camden Town.
