I've been with U.S. Bank since 2012. In the 10 years I've been with the bank I have navigated my way up through various customer service departments, including Personal Banking, Small Business Banking, and Commercial Banking. I most recently worked as a Business Banking Specialist in Rapid City, SD and in February 2022 accepted a position with U.S. Bank's Treasury Management department; I'm working there as a Sales Analyst out of Denver.In my time at US Bank I have assisted many clients in bringing their business to the bank, and increasing value in the relationship by assisting with accounts and TM services. I work on preserving and enhancing client relationships through problem resolution, providing banking assistance and customer service, and proactive product recommendations. I have extensive experience on a multitude of banking platforms, from mainframe programs to various GUI's for DDAs, loans, TM services, online banking and deposit platforms, cash vault, epayment, lockbox, etc.I'm very driven to succeed and focus on constant improvement, from the smallest interaction to the largest projects that I work on, which has been reflected in the promotions I've received with US Bank. I take a lot of pride in organizational ability and attention to detail and hold myself to the highest work quality and ethical standards.
