During this period I worked primarily in recruitment. My last role - August 2014 to April 2015 - was as Principal Consultant, for a start-up assignment to introduce Moxy IT Recruitment to the Wellington market. Moxy Recruitment's working philosophy, with partnership service as the name of the game - is drawn from its parent company. Moxy is a division of the Kinetic Recruitment Group whose achievement has come from building reputation by partnering with its clients and candidates to ensure mutual success. This is the commercial basis on which its business is built. As the Group's benchmark, this too was the foundation on which the specialist technical division, Moxy IT, was established.I have an established reputation in the IT recruitment market place. I began my recruitment career with New Zealand’s first IT contract organization and subsequently worked for a number of specialized IT recruiters. I firmly beliBefore this I contracted with Red Cross Refugee Services. Earlier Wellington assignments included work as an Account Director with Icon Recruitment; as a Senior Recruitment Consultant with Candle; Resource Manager, Starfish Consulting. Auckland roles included Senior Recruitment Consulting roles with Duncan and Ryan (nowTalent2) and a Starfish subsidiary - QiDR Recruiting. Before joining Red Cross, I spent more than two years in Real Estate Sales

Formerly the Doughty Group, I worked initially in a Stakeholder Management role and then moved to the Contracting Division. I was a consistent achiever, twice acknowledged as the firm's top biller.

I launched and managed the company’s IT Recruitment Division, with overall responsibility for staff, administration, advertising, public affairs, promotional and marketing matters.

This was a start-up role initiating Wellington's first specialized IT contract recruitment organization.
