With over two decades of experience in people management, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand how emotional intelligence can significantly increase leadership influence and drive organizational results. I have earned three certifications pertaining to emotional intelligence, including the EQ-I 2.0 and EQ360, equipping me with the capability to evaluate, instruct, and guide leaders and organizations in the cultivation of their emotional intelligence.Within the framework of LeedHR, my responsibilities encompass both the development and delivery of our client programs, which encompass a diverse range of offerings such as keynote speaking engagements, organisational training and workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
