My experiences as a student and as an employee has made me more driven and focused into the career of psychology by making me:1. Intensely Curious - Since high school I have found a intrinsic desire to learn as much as I can about the world around me and about human behavior. I have read- and continue to read- many books on psychological disorders and the core tenets to human behavior.2. Organized - One of my greatest strengths that I learned from my work experience was to be organized in everything that I did. From teaching new employees to working stressful and demanding jobs I tried to keep my environment controlled and effective. 3. Effective - Amid the flurry of getting food to customers it's essential that you do it well and that you do it fast. I was primarily known for my exceptional quality and quantity of food production4. Carefully Condensed - While no one doubts the importance of handling a range of tasks, I've found that this is an increasingly generalized and overstimulated world. There needs to be an increase in cutting out secondary variables and actions that cause minor changes in behavior. Only by finding a few major causes of behavior can we truly change our actions.5. Considerate Leadership - I've found that the most inspiring leaders are the ones that listen to the people they are in charge of and take their ideas into consideration. I'm always ready with a new idea but also ready to listen to someone else.I'm excited to grow my strengths, and to learn new ones!
