Highly organized and productive in stressful environments and able to prioritize to effectively accomplish all tasks with ingenuity and an infectious positive attitude.I served in many roles during my time in the Army, with one of the most enjoyable positions being as an executive producer for recruiting videos. During this time, I was fortunate to serve in the Army Recruiting Command's Marketing Division. While I was there, I produced over 40 videos, for which I either wrote or proofread the scripts for these videos. In addition, I advised the production crew during all filming and editing for each video. My time as a leader in the Army taught me how to care for people and their families. One can say that their people are important to them, but it takes a truly devoted person to really spend time with their team and build a genuine bond with them. Leaders like this can transform the workplace and take it from an environment of low morale to an organization that everyone wants to be a part of. I am this type of leader.
