Responsible for the capital planning of PlastiCorr plastic corrugate box fabrication, developed by use of data driven information the design improvement and best practice of manufacturing and assembly.• Justified and directed capital projects for the installation of specialized corrugated die cutting operation. Result: Installed $600,000 of new product testing equipment.• Co-led experimental ultrasonic testing for welding of plastic containers. Result: Led the development of an improved ultrasonic welding process of plastic corrugate with alternate patterns, improving sealing and reducing welding cycle time by 25% • Directed manufacturing of plastic corrugated containers for replacement of fiber corrugated containers.
