The existing hydraulic gangway access 'brow' will be removed and replaced 'like-in-kind'. 3.Removing two oil boom reels and installing government furnished oils boom reels. 4.Improving the concrete block support building with removal of equipment, installation of new doors and windows, patching holes in the floors and roof, strengthening of wall, installation of a new roof and the installation of a new access walkway/stairs. 5.Demolishing the existing fire suppression pumps and generators in building and incidental related work.
