* Responsible for managing Ericsson Vendors in all Site Acquisition activities related to the successful roll-out of New Cingular Wireless/AT&T LTE carrier add projects (2C-5C), BWE and Generator Add projects in the NYC/NJ Metro area* Manage Site Acquisition Service Providers to ensure that contract requirements, specifications of the project, and milestones for Site Acquisition are met. Attend coordination and progress meetings with the Customer* Coordinate Site Acquisition activities and ensure that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in line with the project goals and objectives by interfacing with other departments including construction to meet customer timelines.

Site Acquisition Manager in charge of supervising multiple projects for various wireless providers throughout the NJ/NY Metro area. My primary focus was to oversee team members for a full turnkey service provider which has an emphasis primarily in the Telecommunications Industry. These responsibilities consisted of full site assessment and evaluation of all potential locations to place wireless antennas and/or tower placement. Handled intense negotiation pertaining to lease language and business terms with prospective landlords, both private and public. Provided timely management of these responsibilities up to and including the issuance a Building Permit, Certificate of Approval by the local governing jurisdiction.

Responsible for managing all site acquisition functions for both new build and existing site modification projects in the NJ/NY market, most recently for the rollout of the Clearwire/4G network, from leasing and zoning audits through building permit issuance.Provide leadership and works to determine and develop growth opportunities within the Site Acquisition team. Supervise the administration, planning, operations and work of consultants, subcontractors and independent contractors including coordination of Site Design Visits with AE firms, client personnel and internal employees. Provide quality control of site sketches, CD's, Zoning Drawings, as needed, prior to submittal for compliance with public entities and client requirements.Manage the Site Acquisition Specialists as they coordinate with tower owners and/or private landlords to negotiate and secure lease entitlements as required. Assure they are in compliance with the local Leasing and Zoning Ordinance.Serve as main client interface which includes providing reports and attending status meetings.
