ACI migrations developed a regular cadence during this time, as we grew in our approach to change management and stakeholder notification and verification improvements. This period was characterized by further focus on achieving migration results through:• A deeper focus on improved segmentation policies within ACI• Continued integration of ACI Fabrics with servers, security appliances, application controllers• The reduction of legacy hardware footprintOur team built trust during these activities, and thereby expanded (by two hires) to meet the increased demand for our services. These efforts helped our team to achieve:• A welcomed, standard deployment methodology within the Data Center service footprint• A move from reactionary to a more strategic focus for our team

These first two years at TIAA created a new focus based on the demand for reducing technology debt across multiple platforms. The challenges of learning a totally new environment while simultaneously managing vendor support activities became a key focus. In addition, I partnered with our technology teams to develop an updated network naming standard expanded for global use. Once fully documented, our TIAA teams developed a tool enabling consistent and unique device naming. My role also included oversight for:• WAN optimization (Riverbed Steelhead) platforms and service contracts• Jumbo frame testing and implementation• New OM4, fiber infrastructure for our ACI Fabric • Network planning and capacity management within the Data Centers

My work at Wells Fargo/Wachovia provided extensive experience in Network Engineering and Risk Mitigation tasks via multiple job roles ranging from Data Center, Routing and Switching, Load Balancing, Architecture Solution documentation, Network Analysis/Modeling and Network Technology solutions including mainframe migration and deployment standards.
