Prior to my recent retirement, during the past 26 years I have rapidly progressed in several positions of responsibility in Law Enforcement from Patrolman to Lieutenant of Detectives within the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office. Recently, in my role at the Prosecutor’s Office, I have worked closely with many law enforcement and loss prevention agencies in New Jersey, which has given me a broad perspective of the need of a well managed and trained security department within a large company. My prior positions have been growing and challenging experiences, however I feel that I am ready to make a change to the private sector.I possess a strong background in criminal investigations, excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills, and a strong motivation to successfully complete any task before me. My accomplishments with the Professional Standards Bureau (Internal Affairs), Homicide Unit, and the Special Victims Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office can attest to my strong credibility, and ability to work with people at all levels of responsibility within each division. During my tenure, I have earned several awards/commendations and I am an effective leader with a proven track record of achieving the organization’s goals.
