My Journey:A decade ago, I founded my company with a vision to offer something authentic and actually client/candidate centric, not just saying I was. I provide a specialist, consultative and ethical recruitment and career advisory service. I work at your pace - some clients I place straight away and others, I've worked with for the 15 years I've been in Australia as an advisor; it's your career, not mine, and your career is a big deal so I put your interests first. I'd like to think that I've become well respected in this industry Australia, but that's a bit ego centric and I'm only as good as the next piece of work I do. I commit my time to this market, because it's big enough and the value I offer is being a true market specialist, rather than being drawn to the bright shiny lights of recruiting in Asia or EMEA and spreading myself too thinly - my alliance partners cover those markets!
