Mr. Hare has a successful and extensive career in the real estate development industry, including 15 years at Toll Bros., Inc. split between the Arizona and Washington markets. Before returning to Toll in 2015, Mr. Hare led CypressPoint Holdings, which focused on developing well-located mixed-use new and adaptive reuse urban communities in metropolitan Phoenix core areas. The company targeted opportunities with the potential for superior risk-adjusted returns through acquisition, entitlement, creative planning and design, branding, multi-generational demographic appeal, intelligent marketing, and disciplined execution.At Toll Bros., Inc., Mr. Hare advanced rapidly after joining the Arizona Division where he was Vice President of Acquisition and Development. During his tenure, Mr. Hare was the lead in acquiring, entitling and delivering to market over $750 Million of land investments for traditional suburban and low- to high-rise urban development that returned over $2.1 Billion sales revenue by the time of his departure. His responsibilities included managing the legal and political processes, due diligence, economic feasibility, project business plan evolution, planning and architectural design management, development budgets and corporate reporting. Mr. Hare has managed complex venture formation, complex litigation, multi-disciplinary teams, internal cross-functional groups and sell-side transactions. With the Seattle Division of Toll, Mr. Hare took over a large, idle land holding and processed it through a complex, multi-layered development agreements and delivered the branded community to market in October 2019. Additionally, he spearheaded the Division's foray into mixed-use urban in-fill development.Prior to joining Toll, Mr. Hare advised developers of urban, suburban and resort communities as an outside team leader and land planner for projects in the U.S. and internationally. Mr. Hare possesses a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design (BLA) from nationally recognized programs (W.P. Carey School at ASU and U of GA, respectively).
