During my tenure with Advance2000 — beginning as an Intern I quickly transitioned to the role of a Field Engineer. As Advance2000 continued expanding I was promoted to a System Engineer, and now finally in my current position as Manager of Service and Support — my technical and leadership skills continue to grow on a daily basis.As a Field/System Engineer I acquired a critical understanding of the needs and expectations of both our existing and potential customers.
