I started working in this industry back in 2007 working in a fabrication shop in Petersburg Indiana.When I started I was just learning to weld with flux core mig welder from 3:00am to 3:00 pm 7 days a week I continued doing this for about a year until I decided to move back to middle ga and get in to industrial paper mills by now with a couple more years of experience under my belt I started welding all types of different alloy pipe anything from stainless steel to mild steel carbon I have even welded several different types of exotic metals such as alloy 20 p-91 chrome copper nickel 383 cladding if you name it I’m sure I have welded it at one point in my career I started welding in petrochemical plants in my early 20s until my early thirties where I then slowly moved into management I didn’t change careers I have just always enjoyed the industry all the different project’s I then got my 2 younger brothers involved in the industry when they were fresh out of high school they worked under my wing for several years then we all went our separate ways we went on to play very important roles in some of the best companies in the USA from Flour Danial’s to Starcon Kender&morgan Excell Thompson and some of the largest companies in America I could go on an on for hours about all of the great companies and experiences that I have had the privilege to work with and around over the years fast forward to now well me and Michael Conklin my baby brother have decided that it’s time for us to start a company of our own we both have sons that we hope decide to make a career in the amazing industrial and commercial construction industry and I hope that our children can enjoy the opportunities and experiences as much as I have.So wish us luck with our new journey we are going to give it our all and are open to any advice or guidance that anyone has to offer I hope this tells a little about me and my goals and expectations!
