In Dec 2021 I forced out prior management and forced Loadcraft into Chapter 11. We successfully emerged from Chapter 11 in November 2022 with Loadcraft repositioned to prosper in the future. On June 9, 2022 we closed a sale freeing Loadcraft from a large, underutilized facility and more employees than we could afford. Loadcraft has now transitioned to a sales and engineering company that can weather the cycles in the oilfield equipment industry.
